"I've been receiving therapy here for a few months and I must say from the minute I walked in the door and from the minute I was done with therapy... my experience has been AMAZING! I have nothing negative to say about this place or the staff or the doctor. The doctor was sure to get me back to feeling my very best, always making sure that I am okay and being very open along with having a great personality as well! I love how he takes his time with his clients.. I also noticed how well he speaks to and with his staff! (The ladies) as far as front desk and the assistants they were amazing as well!!!! Was sure to take their time with me! Very calm, welcoming and patient!! I didn't feel one bad vibe here! And they are very clean! I was so happy to see how clean they were when I changed my son in the bathroom! Overall I highly recommend this place! Well put! "I'm one month and 7 adjustments in the right direction ever since the reviews I read brought me to Jarrod Lippy. My shoulder and neck pain which never fully resolved despite more than a year of costly and complicated visits that involved viewing videos and being offered additional therapies unrelated to chirpropractic by another provider. I felt I wasn't getting something I needed and began a new serach. I'm so glad I did. My initial intake was thorough. Dr Lippy was attentive to my history, thorough with my assessment, and concise with my plan. I'm 66, and on medicaid, and grateful to learn my visits would be covered within my means. I am also a retired RN and appreciated reassuring compliance with professional standards within his practice. Renee, who will greet you at the front desk, takes my calls and manages billing and scheduling in a warm, efficient manner. More than all of that, I want to share how much better I am feeling! I not only feel it in the immediate aftermath of an adjustment by Dr Lippy, but with each visit I am noticing an improvement in my ability to turn my head fully to each side, to reach above my head, to turn the wheel of my car, dig in my garden, clean large pots in the sink, and SLEEP without having to arrange 4 pillows a certain way in order to be comfortable.
