• Transaction & Billing Data: Premium subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or collect your payment card details on our servers; all payment data is stored by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
• Usage Data: We may collect details about your visits to our website, including search queries, pages viewed, and other analytical interaction metrics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following business purposes:

• To construct, operate, and maintain our national directory of non-opioid pain care clinics.
• To verify the credentials (including NPI registry validation) of clinics seeking verification.
• To manage your account, verify your identity, and provide customer support.
• To process subscription payments and manage invoices via Stripe.
• To improve our directory search algorithms, user experience, and platform performance.
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect against fraud.

• Public Directory Listings: Clinic details (NPI, address, category, phone number) are made publicly searchable to help patients find care.
• Service Providers: We share necessary data with vendors who perform services on our behalf, including Supabase (data storage & auth) and Stripe (payment processing).
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our platform, users, or the public.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. We use industry-standard security protocols, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions, and rely on secure, SOC-2 compliant backend infrastructures (Supabase and Stripe) to safeguard your account details and payment credentials. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or database storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), GDPR, or other privacy frameworks. These rights may include:
