1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Non-Opioid Paincare Clinics National Directory (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Use of the Directory

The Service provides a searchable directory of medical practitioners and facilities specializing in non-opioid pain management.

• For Patients & Visitors: You may search the directory for informational purposes only. The directory does not recommend or endorse any specific provider.
• For Clinics & Providers: You must represent accurate, truthful, and verified information regarding your clinic credentials, specialties, address, phone number, and NPI. Fraudulent listings will be terminated immediately.

3. Account Registration & Security

To claim a clinic listing or manage dashboard content, you must register for an account using Supabase Auth. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Pro Subscriptions & Billing

We offer a premium Pro subscription tier ($500/annually) for enhanced visibility, dynamic clinic page customizability, and advanced badges.

• Billing Processor: All subscription billing and processing is handled securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your clinic dashboard settings.
• Refunds: Payments are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the digital and directory-exposure nature of our services, refunds are strictly limited.

5. Medical Disclaimer

CRITICAL NOTICE: The clinical directory, including the Safe Care Score, credentials checking, badges, and review sentiments, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is NOT medical advice, professional diagnosis, treatment, or clinical recommendation. We do not verify the clinical safety or effectiveness of any clinic's medical procedures. Always consult a licensed physician or qualified health provider for medical decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform designs, code structures, directory architectures, the Safe Care Score algorithm name, and brand identities are protected by trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute directory database contents without prior written authorization from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, including any inaccuracies or errors in directory listings.

8. Term and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or listing access at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to our platform or patients.
