Akos Acupuncture

"I've been to a couple acupuncturists and honestly didn't believe much in it until I met John at Akos. I first heard of him through one of our friends at the training lab nyc, then my wife started going to him and she loved how she felt afterwards. For me the only way to find out was to try it and to be open minded with it. In our first meeting John took the time to get to know me and understand what my goals were. He explained the reasons why I felt a certain way and made me understand that so many parts of the body are connected. My wife and I train 7 days a week for HYROX and we value John as an integral part of our recovery. We run about 20- 25 miles a week, so our lower body gets beat up alot. Omg though, after a session with John he will drain my calves and I will be able to run the next day completely fine. It's wild. Soreness goes away , I've had tendonitis in my right shoulder he has helped heal, the list goes on. Highly recommend Akos and John as a part of your recovery and healing process.
