"Dr. Bands and Dr. Frank are by far the best surgeons and people around! I have had 3 cervical spine fusions by them and I wouldn't go to anyone else! I even live out of state and if I needed another surgery I would travel just to see them. They are extremely helpful, caring, and intelligent. They know exactly what they are talking about. If I ever called the office and needed an appointment they got me in within a day, making room for me. My mother is an operating room nurse and has been around a lot of surgeons and says Dr. Bands and Dr. Frank are excellent. She trusts them and they also replaced my fathers knee which has helped him so much. You could not be in better hands if you see Dr. Bands and Dr. Frank. They give you their honest opinion which is what I look for. I don't need frills or fluff but someone who understands what is going on with me and the best way to fix the problem. You'd be lucky to have them as your doctors!"

"I'll wait for an hour every time I'm there and I only get to talk to doctor for 1 minute. He keeps asking if I want surgery no I don't want surgery I'm just injured and I cannot go to back to work anytime soon doing the physical jobs being a CNA. He literally dismisses me after 1 minute and asked me if I don't want surgery why am I there and asking the office staff for paperwork is like pulling teeth and they have you pay a $20 fee when I'm literally on workman's comp for a part-time job and on low income tax program and also a single parent they don't have any mercy and they don't have great communication skills they will immediately get off the phone with you when you're trying to ask questions do not go to Roy e bands if you want someone who actually is going to have a conversation with you because he will not he will dismiss you within one minute if you're not getting surgery I don't even know why I went to his office in the first place when I was directed to go there by my workman's comp. His staff in his office do not treat you like human beings they treat you as if they're better than you because they will not really communicate that efficiently."
