"If I could leave NO STARS I would! The service is horrible. Two appointments in two different offices and both times the doctor was nowhere to be found! First appointment 45 minute drive, they didn't even know he moved to another facility I don't even think he himself knew! NO PARKING ANYWHERE. Ended up walking blocks in the rain looking for a new location that was clearly not ready for business. Second appointment which was an hour and ten minute drive for an 8am appointment with the same doctor (Leven) NO PARKING ANYWHERE once again. Secretary told me she had no knowledge of an appointment for me. After sitting and hour while she continuously called the doctor all to no avail another receptionist came in and stated 7:30pm the night before she received an email from the doctor stating I would be arriving and if they had room for me he would be in at 10am. Keep in mind I was scheduled weeks out and confirmed two days prior to the date. RIDICULOUS! At about 10:30am I was told they were expecting the doctor at 10:15 and he would be there shortly. 15 minutes after his allegedly arrival. Around 11:30/12 the doctor called leaving me a voicemail stating he was trying to get in touch with me with the changes but was provided the wrong contact information. Yeah right! Funny how his staff had the correct contact information when they called to confirm this appointment. All in all, this is by far the worst doctor's office I have ever seen, very unorganized, and absolutely no communication within the team. So many mix ups and so much confusion makes you afraid of treatment especially surgery. Maybe his NY patients are treated with respect but his NJ patients are treated very unfairly."
