"The first time i went to the office i was a little upset because some of my documents are old . I have had bone cancer and was a first responder at ground zero the staff was telling me i need more paper work. That problem was solved i had two knee operations and 7 herniated discs that has put me in tremendous pain .Then after explaining and them taking nerve tests they were so very professional and understanding.
