"This man is either a genius or a magician. I went to Dr. Perretz on the recommendation of a colleague who found his prolotherapy to be extremely helpful in relieving her chronic foot pain. Her husband also had success curing his back pain. I had been suffering from what my PT diagnosed as frozen shoulder. Major shoulder pain and a reduced range of motion.
