"I was sent here by referral from my primary care physician. Specifically for my knees, shoulder, back, and hand after being hit by a car. After discussing the referral and why I am coming to visit to the receptionist over the phone, I found out the doctor that was referred to did not treat the back. So they switch which doctor I was supposed to see and he had a bit of a wait to be seen and I scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment, I was taken to the exam room to start the initial visit. All they wanted to see were my knees. After telling them I was there for more than my knees, I was told that they only see one body part per visit. A little outraged, I voiced my phone call and what I am there specifically there for. They told me they will see if the doctor has time to see anything else, but he does not have any focus on backs. They then told me we needed to do x-rays on my knees, to which I told them I had already been sent for x-rays the week before, to which they said that the doctor wants more. After seeing how they were trying to wring me out like a sponge for any and all my insurance money and money out of pocket, I decided this place was not truly trying to actually care for me and only cared about the money. I left because it is going to take weeks to months to get the true care I need from them. Be that it may be on how they run their business, they decide to tell me one thing over the phone and then something else when I'm there, expecting me to sit through them taking all the money possible from me. I'm the end if they only see one body part at a time, how come I wasn't given a choice of what should be taken care of first? There was no conversation of what hurts more and what I would like to focus on. They knew they could get x rays of my knees easily and anyway to charge me more for my one visit. I would avoid this place at all costs!"
