"I had a very good experience. Much better than other similar facilities. Danielle and her team- Maria, Antonia, & Heather are all professionals and they take their job seriously, by showing compassion and oroviding one with an optimistic outlook on your condition. I gave a 4 due to the scheduling challenges confusion w/ the front desk and with them not being able to provide accurate billing information yet, chase you down for copays. Need to do better in this area. Ie. I was advised that I had a copay (Already aware). I was later given clarity after several sessions by a different front staff who found that there was no copay for certain visits. I thank that young lady for going above and beyond to provide clarity and being proactive to avoid my over paying. I would definitely return to the Westport location. Wendy J."
