"TLDR: Mark is the best. I sprained my tailbone after falling down some stairs a couple months before my wedding. I went to HSS for an assessment and began working with Mark Rowley on strengthening the area + other exercises. I just got my back from my wedding feeling virtually pain free and I can confidently say it wouldn't have happened without him! I am naturally curious and Mark always did a great job of explaining the reason behind all the prescribed exercises and he is not only super knowledgeable but also an incredibly kind human overall - he made PT enjoyable rather than a dreaded task. Aneida at the front desk is also amazing and gave me a lot of guidance on navigating through my insurance coverage and booking as many appointments as I needed to be able to get better before my wedding! An incredible team - highly recommend!"

"I consider myself so fortunate for having been assigned to Mark Rowley as my physical therapist. I broke my ankle and had surgery with plates and screws inserted. I cannot stress enough how crucial post-surgical physical therapy is to rehabilitation; especially with a weight bearing part of the body. Mark's knowledge of musculoskeletal physiology is outstanding. His patient side manners are impeccable. I leave each session feeling better and stronger.
