"STAY AWAY!! THEYRE SCAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DELETING NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! I went here for two appointments. I found them through my insurers website and they're in network. They charged me $145 total. I received for my explanation of benefits and saw they processed claim # 98941 which was $36.12 each visit. That totals $72.24. I reached out to insurer and they said that the chiropractor needs to refund me. When I reached out to this company they said they took the extra money I paid and donated it. I never consented to donating anything and never got receipts stating what and who I donated to. I filed a complaint on BBB. Their response says code " 99202 initial exam fee billed to insurance as $72.22, self pay price of $65 (10% discount) if not being submitted to insurance." And code "98941 spinal adjustment, billed to insurance at $44.44, self pay price of $40." and code " 97140 $33.33 (or $30 self pay price)." for muscle work. They said they haven't gotten a response yet from the insurer about 99202 or 97140. Reached out to my insurer they said 98941 is what they submitted to insurance. 98941 already covers 99202 (exam) and 97140 (muscle work). So this chiropractic company is making people believe it's cheaper to pay full price not using insurance when in reality is $70 cheaper to use insurance!!!! They're scamming people!!! They're not refunding me and the insurer says it's fraud if they don't refund me. They're not allowed to charge me more than the "what I may owe" part on my EOB's. Which totaled to $72.24 NOT $145!! I'm having them investigated. People need to know about this and they keep deleting my reviews."
"I have been getting adjusted here for 7 months. I started coming for help with TMJ as a result of dental surgery that left my jaw sore and painful. I had been to the dentist, ENT, and oral surgeon and nobody could help/figure it out. I was very frustrated and afraid I would have this pain forever. After 7 months of therapy at the chiropractor, the pain is gone! I continue regular back adjustments, as they have helped with my overall health. I dont think alot of people know chiropractic care includes the jaw-if you are having issues with TMJ you should really try this place! Would also recommend back adjustments as they can improve your overall health and flexibility. This practice is a husband and wife team who are very compassionate and personable. Highly recommend!"
