"The office lacks the ability to communicate effectively to patients to convey the fact that the Dr is "running late"; if that is true, which I do not believe. I waited over an hour and the Dr never came into the room and the staff NEVER once apologized for the tardiness; so I walked out. There are a thousand more Ortho practices out there. The healthcare system needs reworking."
