PT of The City Physical Therapy

"I'm a Broadway dancer and was referred by my surgeon to this office primarily because of its proximity to my apartment. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I called consistently for a full week and received no response. Despite there being an answering service, I was told that even they were unable to reach anyone in the office. I eventually walked in in person, hoping to resolve the issue, but was told to "just call" instead. When I explained that my calls had not been answered, my concerns were dismissed and I was rushed out without assistance. As someone whose livelihood depends on my physical health, timely and professional communication is essential. I chose this office for convenience, but professionalism and reliability matter far more. At this point, I would rather seek care from a reputable provider who values their patients. If someone from PT of the City would like to return my calls, I would gladly speak with them. However, based on my experience so far, it does not seem that patient care or communication is a priority"
