"How on earth can I talk to a representative on the phone to make an appointment? I've called twice and waited for 8mins first time and 10 second time but no one picked up the phone. They may have really good doctors but if they don't take my appointment, I guess that means nothing to me. So frustrating!"

The receptionists are efficient and courteous. I say this because we read so many reviews where people like their own doctors but complain about the front desk people. Here you have a good experience from the moment you enter. I saw two therapists, Stephanie and John. Both were excellent and the care they provided has enabled me to advance in leg strength and stability, reduce pain, and avoid surgery for now. They are conscientious about listening to their patients and modifying each treatment session accordingly rather than just plowing through their own agendas. Last, but not least, insurance billing is handled efficiently and I never had any problems in that area, unlike at other PT facilities."
