"I want to say that most of the people here have been great they're excellent therapists for one thing I worked with two which was Michelle and kima kemah and also with a Michael they were all wonderful with Roger a couple of times also wonderful I also went to a dance exercise fun place with Marciala Camacho restorotive she is accelerating fun very good with getting us all warmed up and even dancing and plays beautiful music it's really a fun helpful class They also have good activities and people Amal and Abraham and z and Ashanti there's too many people all very good my nurses adesti and Adela and the CNAs Janessa morgan Sandra and Sandra Ashley Sabrina and administrator staff Marcela Hernandez; Amanda and Angela and also Stacy Mansi Patel and dr rubinstean. Elvia and Many Housekeeping very efficient friendly and helpful. And transportation very professional Food really needs to improve it "

"Experience with Marciala yes, I would like to express my complete and utterly happiness with Marciala Camacho she's very patient very caring very giving. She's also funny to make you laugh. She's just all around nice person and she cares. She took the time to help someone else patient here with her with our cell phone and finish making her activity that we had. I visit three times a week, and it is always the same -- everyone performs their duties with exceptional professionalism, love, and patience toward the patients. "I've been visiting this facility for years and previously recommended it to friends and family. Unfortunately, the quality of reception declined significantly. The elder lady receptionist Alyse is distracted by smartphone use, leaves calls unanswered, unhelpful loud, and speaking inappropriately about patients and staff. I've also seen her smoking maryj in the visitor parking lot, which reflects poorly on a healthcare setting. The most serious concern occurred when she hit on my 15-year-old son calling him "fine" "good looking", which made him scared and uncomfy. This behavior was completely unacceptable. When I attempted to report this incident, she told me no one was available and hung up on me. There are still competent staff members, including Nurse Ade and Supervisor Marytes, but they need new reception ASAP until then Iwill not update my review and will not return to visit."

"My non-elderly dad recently spent several months at Elevate Care North Branch for dialysis and physical therapy following a stroke. While this was a very difficult time for him and for our family, the excellent staff at Elevate Care made sure we always felt welcome, well-informed and in the very best hands when it came to his care. I especially want to thank Norbert from Admissions for always being available to update us in the Polish language and Mike from Physical Therapy for going above and beyond in helping my dad get back on his feet. Thank you to all of Elevate Care's nurses, doctors and social workers for being so caring, attentive and understanding in this trying time. By the end of his stay, my dad surprised us by saying that he would be happy to stay at Elevate Care North Branch if he were not able to come home for whatever reason, such was the standard of his care."

"Elevate Care Niles, IL is an excellent facility for skilled nursing & rehabilation. I chose this facility for the care of my loved one and I was not disappointed. There are several positive things that I will mention. The facility is very clean, never smelled bad, like some places do. The staff were friendly and attentive. A very special note of recognition to Marcela Hernandez. This beautiful woman was phenomenal in every way. She was so attentive, professional, understanding, compassionate, and ALWAYS willing to go above and beyond the standard of what it means to be helpful and professional. I cannot thank her enough for all that she did to assist with any concerns that I or my loved one had. She was very communicative and relatable. Ms. Hernandez is a very hard working young lady, & is an asset to Elevate Care, and to anyone blessed to be acquainted with her. The facility is very fortunate to have her as an employee, she truly made the difference in, both my and my loved one's experience while there. I'd be amiss if I failed to mention the stellar physical therapy from Daroda, Mike, & occupational therapy, and speech therapy with Greta. Please excuse if I failed to mention any other therapists, you guys were amazing! My loved one struggled to walk upon admission and the team of therapists were instrumental in getting my loved one to walk via an excellent treatment plan with exercises & activities to enhance my loved ones health & well being. My loved one also mentioned CNA Sandy was so kind and helpful with showers, and other personal requests. Many thanks for all who were instrumental, & provided positivivity, & professional care for my loved one, kindness and professionalism never go unnoticed. Communication with staff was sometimes an issue but it is reasonable to understand as there are several residents and the staff is busy but attentive, caring, and willing to assist. Overall I am so pleased with Elevate Care Niles, IL, & I absolutely recommend it for skilled nursing & in-patient rehabilitation services."

"WORST PLACE TO MAKE DOCTORS APPOINMENTS FOR RESIDENTS. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR WELL BEING ONLY THE MONEY!!!!! ONLY THE MONEY!!!! N I BODY KNOES WHAT IS GOING ON ABOUT ANYTHING TO DO WITH PATIENTS HEALTH!!! Well today is February 9th 2026 and it happened again ELEVATE messed up one more time when it comes to doing their job to make sure residents get to their doctors appointments. It's been years since they have been screwing up. They get paid to do what they do and act like if they are doing people a favor. Nobody knows anything about what is going on with the residents or at least certain residents."
