Testimonials

Tom Grable

"It is a pleasure to be treated by and work with such a knowledgeable, personable and extremely skilled medical staff at the Orthopedic Institute. They provide a Team approach in the diagnosis and treatment of their patients. The doctors make them selves available to address patients concerns and also provide a valuable after hours Orthopedic Urgent Care clinic to address acute injuries with no appointment required. This group is highly recommended!"

"I went to get examined for numbness in the left shoulder, I had got this examined before. I had a pinch nerve in my neck which was causing it. Despite explaining it to the nurse, she took an Xray of my shoulder instead of the neck. When Doctor looked at it he said that my shoulder looks fine. I told him its not the shoulder it's my neck. Desipte me telling that the technician Xrayed my shoulder. i stated to the doctor that I had got my nexk Xrayed before and pinched-nerve is what was diagnosed. I also stated that I was not in possession of the Xray at the moment, so he didnt get to look at it. So ideally I would have expected them to take another one for my neck and start a treatment, however, the Doctor said "I will take your word for it" and prescribed PT. I didnt like this careless attitude. Could I have just lied and gotten any prescription? Then they sent me the bill, with charges for my shoulder Xray and the services of the doctor who acted so irresponsible. I decided to not pay it, now they have taken this matter to small claims court."
