"Moment walk through door, my family and I appreciate the consistency of the care given to me. It makes us trust you and we feel like a member of this health team. All staff members seem to be team players. My family and I appreciate how we are treated with respect. Area appears clean, uncluttered. Appointments are timely without feeling pressure. One thing that could be improved is the parking lot. There is a curb, making it tricky for people with disabilities parking access. If possible the curb could be removed, it would help making easier for walkers, transport chairs, and wheelchairs to get in and out. That curb is not there on the other side of the parking lot near the building. Thank you for reaching out with this survey. "While their knowledge & expertise seemed on par, their attention to me as both a person and patient was pretty lacking. I felt rather ignored and just brushed off on the side. During my time there I had 4 different Physical Therapists within a 2 month period which seemed odd. At each appointment, once greeted I would be told what to do for each exercise then my therapist would walk away each time leaving me to keep track & let them know when I was done. None of the therapists would really try to talk with me during each of my treatments but would have plenty of engaging conversations with their other patients."

"I started physical therapy here in November 2024 after 16 day at Sinai Neuro Rehab and 5 weeks of occupational and physical therapy at home following a hemorrhagic stroke. The staff here is very knowledgeable and they all have a way of making you feel at ease. I went from relying on a walker, to a cane and finally walking without assistance most of the time. I originally started with exercise to improve my balance. Then in December I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and sciatica and I was given PT to help that too. I was released in late May and I'm very happy with my results. I'd recommend the team here for anyone needing PT."
