"I want to start by thanking Nicole, the surgery counselor, for her incredible support. Coordinating two surgeries at the same time was very difficult for me, but she made it happen with patience, kindness, and professionalism. She kept everything organized, guided me through every step, and helped me stay focused when it was overwhelming. I am truly grateful for her support and the positive experience she provided. I also want to express my appreciation for Dr. Creech. She did an outstanding and highly professional job on my foot, and the surgery went very smoothly. I'm grateful for her excellent communication and for working closely with the other surgeon to perform both procedures in one session. Her expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence and made the process much easier."

"I was here previously for a broken ankle and sprained knee. Wonderful care all around. As I work in healthcare I know how difficult it is to cater to every patient. Some things take time, like doctors coming to rooms and your actual healing! I am coming here now for a broken shoulder. The front desk, nurses, x-ray technicians, medical assistants and doctors have all been responsive, caring and efficient."

"I'm very disappointed in how my situation was handled. I scheduled my appointment advance for Monday, December 22nd. Due to an error by the staff member who scheduled it, the appointment was entered for the following day--when I would be out of town. When I called to address this, there was no accountability taken. I was essentially told there was nothing that could be done other than rescheduling me for next year, despite the mistake originating from the office. That response was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I eventually spoke with another member of my doctor's team who did try to help, but I still had to accept a later appointment and inconvenience myself to correct an error I did not make. It's concerning that the practice enforces strict policies holding patients accountable--such as fees for missed or late appointments--while not extending the same responsibility inward when an internal scheduling error occurs. Expecting patients to absorb the consequences of staff mistakes reflects poor customer service and a lack of accountability."

"This practice has a great doctor, Dr. Roberts, however they have some nurses that like shouting at patience, hanging up on them, then turn around go on MyChart adding false information trying to slander their patience character, Trying hard to change the narrative even by falsely accusing their patience with being aggressive, out of line or whatever it takes, they seem to forget that these conversations are recorded, and can be retrieved from records department as evidence, and it will proof otherwise, lol They seem not to understand neither the office manager or the nurse makes the decision on what medication, Dr Roberts chooses to describe his patient, and if he's willing or not willing to prescribe anything to his patient. They seem to put their own personal decisions and feelings into turning their patients down, and refuse to actually provide service or assistance at least by relating messages from their patient to the doctor. They have tried to slender my character by adding things I haven't done, and try to accuse me of being aggressive, they seem not to understand their patient has also the right to message their doctor, and communicate through my chart as long there is no foul or threatening language. They tried to make me look like a bad guy, and tried hard to make me look like the one that's aggressive, and out of line even though their nurse Linda M was the one that actually shouted and hung up on me and was actually the one that's aggressive and out of line. I guess this is how some Inova practices conduct themselves, and their business which is something I would never be a part of or be silent about. I have all the right to message my provider, and to require about my medication, I have all the rights as a patient to advocate for myself, as long as I have not threatened or have used any foul language or have insulted anyone I have all the right to contact the office, through my chart or by calling. I will not tolerate people's lies about my conversation with them just to try to make me look like a bad person, trying to make me look like someone that's out of line. I definitely won't be going back to that practice again, that's for sure, and this review is to bring awareness so this doesn't happen to someone else, be careful if you contact the office so - called Manager, Also Linda M. They both don't mind going on MyChart accusing people of falsely things, and don't be surprised if they don't provide you with any assistance, and actually refuse to message your provider. They actually act like they are the provider, and forget that they are just the nurse, and aren't the decision making of what Dr. Roberts decides to do. They were trying hard to slender my character, trying hard to indirectly discriminate towards me, My experience here was horrible, Even though Dr Robert is a good doctor, unfortunately I cannot be a part of this practice since this is the way they conduct their business, and that's the way they liked to treat their patient. I wish they would just stop exaggerating, stop lying , and stop going on MyChart lying about their patience. I'm just going to find a different orthopedic that would treat me with dignity and respect. I at least don't have to deal with someone lying, and exaggerating about my conversation with them. Goodbye"

"No one ever answers the phone, they insist you leave a message and maybe if they bother to they will answer back in a few days. Several errors that could have become medical issues if I hadn't done my research separate from what the staff had indicated should be done. Several times left without what was needed for my care because there was no follow through nor check and balance for anyone to be accountable to get anything done."

"Kath H.DME specialist is a wonderful professional specialist. I'm so happy with her service so I want the race five star for her."

"Olivia Page is the worst medical professional I've had to witness. As someone who actively works in the medical field and interacts with doctors daily, I was disgusted with the way she spoke to my partner. From mocking how my partner was standing ("why are you standing like that? Gosh I hope I don't stand like that") to dismissing my partner's pain and neglecting to do basic mobility checks on the movements my partner specifically mentioned, the entire visit was a waste of time, money, and energy. Extremely disappointed."
