"After injuring my thumb I was referred to Dr. Khosla. He is very thorough and has a great bedside manner. My 2nd follow up appointment was with his PA Jillian Hobbs. The visit with her was not as good, she rushed me and was not empathetic at all about my severity of pain I was describing. She is condescending, and short. The office manager is also very rude I made it to my 3rd appointment at the 15 minute grace period at which she told me I would have to reschedule. After I debated with her about making it in time of the grace period, she mentioned I had already had a "Verbal" warning about my arrival time. Now I do not remember this "verbal" but I did request something in writing that I've signed. She could not provide any such documents. With her rude and difficult disposition I requested my records and will be going somewhere else. The doctor is amazing but if he keeps his same staff it will cause issues with people wanting to continue to come. Healthcare is definitely not the same since I left it years ago. No one cares anymore."

Dr. Khosla communicated with my other doctors to make sure they were all aligned with my treatment and for that reason alone, I'd give him 5 stars. From the moment I met him through post-op, Dr. Khosla has been professional, patient, and overall one of the best doctors I've ever encountered."
