He made me feel completely at ease during my first Cryo session (even though I was a little nervous), and thanks to his calm, encouraging presence, I made it through the full three minutes and felt amazing afterward. He then took the time to help me select the membership plan that best fit my lifestyle and budget. I started with the Basic Membership (6 sessions/month of any wellness service excluding stretching), which gave me the flexibility to try nearly everything--Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, Compression Therapy, and the Infrared Sauna. They also had a great promo running, which made it incredibly affordable to get started. In addition to those core services, Dynamic Edge also offers assisted stretching with certified stretch and flexibility coaches. These sessions are available at a separate and very reasonable cost, and they're an incredible addition to any wellness routine. As a new member, I was amazed at how quickly I flew through my sessions- which says everything about how much I enjoyed and benefited from each visit. I've since upgraded my membership, and Dr. Patrick, the owner, made the transition completely seamless. He's not only kind and approachable, but clearly passionate and highly experienced in the wellness space. You can tell he truly cares about building a place where people feel informed, supported, and excited about prioritizing their health. Other staff members like Claire have also been fantastic--she guided me through my first Infrared Sauna session and was so helpful during Cryotherapy as well. Every person I've interacted with at Dynamic Edge has gone out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable, well-informed, and getting the most out of my visits.
