"I love Dr Wong, it his staff that are unprofessional. I call and leave messages everyday for a week, no one ever calls you back. They don't care that you've been without pain meds for over a month due to insurance issues. They don't want to give you something else."

"Dr wong your awesome. My problem is extended hold times and staff that works their . I can't even see dr Wong I had to see a new doctor. But I'm having issues with insurance claim and can't get anyone on phone when I finally did I was told I had to reschedule. People have pain can't wait a month again to be seen. Know I'm on hold for 20 min so far for scheduling. This shouldn't be this difficult :(. Not to mention my appointment was changed by the office 2 times due to doctor not available. This was never like this I've been going there for years. Please fix it."

"I started using national spine and pain management about 2 years ago. I loved dr Schneider and his team of nurses. I had an appointment for a lumbar epidural this week and then I got the dreaded phone call that dr Schneider had left the practice but dr wong was going to accept my procedure. With severe anxiety about using a new dr but I did not have a choice because I can barely walk. But then I got a phone call from Shelly Cousins Insurance Coordinator who was beyond rude. She told me that I needed a follow up appointment and I could not have my epidural. I tried explaining to her while I'm in tears that i already had my follow up last month with an approval letter from my insurance company. She told me that I could stop speaking because she already canceled my appointment. Because of her inability to be insensitive and try to resolve this problem, national spine has lost a patient. And I will no longer recommend there services."

"Dr. Wong has helped me immensely. He and his staff are wonderful. They are professional, kind and courteous. Dr. Wong walked me through the procedure and told me what to expect. I have been to other pain management clinics who were not as warm and kind as this office. I recommend them to anyone who is suffering from chronic pain."

"Terrible doctors and staff, very unprofessional and insulting, I only gave one star because they opened on time . If you have any kind of past this is not the place for you. Dr. Wong didn't even have enough decency to come back into the exam room and talk to me directly instead sent his very rude nurse in and she was just as rude and insulting as the doctor was. I have had my injury for 18 months now and he is yet another doctor who closed a door in my face because of my history. Hippocratic oath obviously means nothing to Dr. Wong and his staff ."

"I arrived 2;00 for a 2:15 appointment. No paperwork was sent to me. So I had to complete this. At 2:20 I handed the receptionist the paperwork and was told I had to reschedule. After driving an hour .this was totally unprofessional. After getting back home I called in to the office manager. Two weeks later, still no return call ."
