"First time going and bring my cat. Everyone was super friendly and felt very open. I am an anxious person in new setting n new people, they however were awesome and I was very comfortable. My cat not a fan of the vet but she seemed as comfortable as she could be with them. They treated her like she was their own and even tho it was our first visit, if anything serious happened and she had to stay there. I'd feel 100% comfortable with who she's left with. They answered all of my question even ones that weren't the reason why we were there. They gave me preventive measure to take and everything on top of letting me know how to best take care of her in this moment. Awesome people and awesome experience."

"Very professional. We went in for a first visit with our four month old kitten. She wasn't terribly excited about the shots nor the blood draw. They used a really small needle so it wouldn't hurt our kitten. We were seen right on time as scheduled and the vet patiently answered all our questions."

"My dog Millie had a severe medical emergency over the holiday, and this clinic got us in the same day when they reopened. The care and customer service were outstanding from start to finish. "I took my 7-year-old Yorkie here for routine vaccinations, and he was dead two days later. When he began showing the exact symptoms listed on the post-vaccine advisory sheet, I brought him back immediately. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, Dr. Ashkon Beizavi completely dismissed them and misdiagnosed my dog with marijuana toxicity without running any tests. To make matters worse, the discharge paperwork was exaggerated to make it seem like my Yorkie was perfectly fine, when in reality, he was slowly dying from complications related to the vaccination. I have respectfully requested a conversation with the clinic to address this mistake, but I am now being ignored by both the clinic and corporate. Shame on this facility for refusing to acknowledge the error that cost my dog his life."

"My Pitbull mix Jax has been going here since he was 6 weeks old. All the vets are great and knowledgeable. Jax is a big boy with a ton of energy. The vets at EMRVC treat Jax as if they owned him. When I inform them of hand signals and words I use to get him to stop, sit or lay. They take the time to learn and utilize the information to help make the visit the best it can be for both Jax and the staff."
