"Dr. T has gotten me to understand the many nuances with MY body and how they're all interwoven. We have started with the more prevalent problems and worked our way up the pyramid to smooth out the finer details. Every so often we hit major breakthroughs with my body as a whole unit, and then we pretty much restart the process with a different problem. His work on me has enabled me to change the way I perform athletically and make strides back towards better performances, while still maintaining proper technique and bodily function.
