"I highly recommend the team at Excel. I worked extensively with Sam and Andrew as well as Erin and Tina. They are all great! After tearing my Achilles and reading about the power of PT, I decided to opt out of surgery and rely on PT only. So obviously, it was critical for me to find an excellent practice. I got multiple recommendations for Excel and decided to give it a try. It was a perfect fit from the get go. I spent about 9 months, twice a week, at Excel and made a steady and pretty fast progress. Today I am back in full swing of things, running and cycling as I used to. The team is really great - professional, caring and invested in your wellbeing. This isn't one of those massive practices where you come in and just go through a routine on your own. This practice is small and intimate, which allows the team to provide a 1x1 experience, correct things and customize as needed.
