Testimonials

"If I can give zero stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU'VE LEGIT MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS!! Please avoid Dr. Alexandra Gordon she is unprofessional and ignorant, has no respect for patients time- had stopped my psychiatric evaluation to attend to a "emergency issue with a patient" and my appointment was 10am did not call me back until 1:30pm only to argue with me about what mental health illnesses are considered a "disability" as a PSYCHIATRIST who tried to enforce me to take a SSRI that causes my mental health to be worse to then state she's unable to provide medical documentation to prove mental health illness history. They do not assist those who are disabled or are seeking mental health support. All they want to do is prescribe outdated medication and charge your insurance company."

"What's wrong with scheduling? Huh? Why can't I just use MyCharts if the therapist doesn't wanna talk through phone, or it's not easy to reach to front desk. Why my visits suddenly canceled without letting me know.... Thats very STRANGEE"

"Daniel Herbert-Cohen, MD I want to make a complaint because I felt very uncomfortable Saturday night when I was admitted into the ED. I had not one but two doctors tell me I had to do something that I said I wasn't comfortable with and they still kept convincing it was necessary which was a lie. I said how I didn't feel comfortable with one of the ways he said I had to take an exam but sticking his finger in my anus to test for something I didn't even have. I could have gotten the CT first I felt Honestly, uncomfortable and violated, especially after finding out that I did not need to do any of that But yet I was convinced that I had to have this before the scan to rule out any possibilities if someone says that they are uncomfortable with something it shouldn't be convinced just because you think it can help rule out the possibilities of other stuff. This is a joke."
