"I felt uncomfortable with this practice from the beginning. The sales tactics felt pushy, and I left two appointments still confused billing expectations. My fiance asked for cost details and couldn't get clear verbal answers, even though the information later appeared in the contract. The billing also seemed questionable to me--insurance was billed at full price while co-insurance was waived, which felt inappropriate. Dr. Min was highly unprofessional during our appointment, even making a joke stating verbatim, "aw, you have the 'tism." He also incorrectly referred to work on the brachial plexus as the cervical plexus, which did not inspire confidence in his knowledge. I asked them to cancel my future appointment that I was previously pushed to schedule and remove my info from their system, yet I still get automated messages. Overall, the experience felt more like a high-pressure sales operation than a safe healthcare environment. I'm surprised the reviews here are so positive compared to Yelp and their "F" BBB rating."
