"My 10-year-old daughter attended two sessions only. We were quoted $500 for a 12-session plan and paid for the visits that we went to. After discontinuing care because my daughter was uncomfortable being there, we were sent to collections for the remaining balance for sessions that were never rendered. To be clear: I am not asking for a refund. But I should not owe money for services that were never provided. Additionally, I strongly recommend that patients closely review how this office bills insurance. The practices are questionable at best. A statement from the provider in another review claims, "Our office only charges patients for services actually rendered." That is not true based on our experience. Proceed with caution."

"Had a referral to this clinic. Went to Joe PTA and he was HORRIBLE. Rude, did absolutely nothing during a 45 minute visit other than imply my pain was in my head, told me my doctor was wrong, told me not to take the steriods my doctor prescribed. He started to use a stem machine on my foot and completely forgot that I had a metal screw in my toe. Then he acted aggravated and said he had no idea how to do the hydro stem. I drove 45 minutes for his lack of care, mistreatment AND wrong advice. 3 days later, I went to illinois bone and joint (a different doctor that prescribed the steriods) and paid more money for him to tell me to take a steriod pack. Joe is not professional, has a bad attitude! And worse, gives bad flippant advice against doctors."
