Testimonials
"I would give this hospital a 0 star if I can. I had my appointment and the lady in the front made me wait 2 hours. Then she rescheduled me and canceled my appointment on the day of my appointment. I went on Monday to get my bloodwork done from another doctor. The doctor was good to me when I was there but today I called the front desk lady helen. I asked told her my reports were not send to my doctor and she goes we did. I called my doctor and they said no. I called Helen back 3 times and she ignored my calls. I left her a message and she got the doctor over the line and he was very rude. His name dr Michael cabad. He told me it's not my problem if your doctor didn't get the results. I never liked this hospital from the beginning. I would never go back here. There are some good nurses there too but these were nasty people. They should not work in the hospital. The doctor asked me my nationality like I am human just as you."
"Many nurses took good care of but Maryanne Plumb LeD RN went that extra smile . She showed real care and concern. She tried using humor during most uncomfortable moments. Maryanne was attentive and kind. I wish to acknowledge her generosity of spirit and say I hope you can recognize this special team member . Thank you Maryanne Plumb "
"The day before New Year's, my father woke up slurring his words and was rushed by ambulance to Richmond Hospital. It was extremely stressful and concerning arriving at an ER that was at full capacity due to a flu outbreak. But we were incredibly fortunate that he was placed under the care of Dr. Perepada. Dr. Perepada was calm, attentive, and compassionate from the very start. He quickly and accurately assessed my father's condition, ordered the necessary tests, connected with specialists who determined that he had suffered a series of minor strokes. His professionalism and efficiency during such a busy and stressful time were truly remarkable. He worked tirelessly to ensure my father received the care he needed, including arranging for him to be moved into a private room where he stayed for several days. Thanks to Dr. Perepada's dedication and expertise, my father is now home and doing much better. Our family is extremely grateful for the exceptional care Dr. Perepada provided. He made a frightening situation feel manageable, and we cannot thank him enough."
