"I had a disappointing experience at this orthopedic office. From the moment I walked in, the front desk receptionist was on her cellphone--on speaker--which felt very unprofessional. I was there for a broken finger, yet she asked me to write down my case number. I struggled to do so, and unsurprisingly, my writing was messy. Later, she asked me for the number again because she couldn't read it. On top of that, she handed me a stack of forms to fill out, despite my obvious injury. When I asked if they had an online option, she said there wasn't one. It was frustrating to be given tasks that were difficult for me to complete given my condition. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and professionalism made my visit more stressful than it needed to be. I expected better accommodations and basic consideration, especially at a medical office that deals with injuries. I ended up leaving before being seen by a doctor."
