"Negligent and i will be filing comolaints with the opmc and the nysdoh They dont answer calls and they are violating hippa laws All im asking is for my clinical notes Please answer the phone Edit update: The Doctor had prescribed me a medication that almost killed me called Journavx on 11/13/2025 So i go in on 12/4/2025 to tell the doctor look doc this medication almost killed me, it wasnt even supposed to be taken with my other drugs and you failed to tell me this. So i was just like prescribe me the opiods doc he said okay when you come in the next time i will prescribe them. So i go in on 12/11/2025 I said doc my liver levels had went down can you prescribe me the opiods. He tells me he doesn't recommend it. Im begging this man he's insistent on how he doesn't recommend it. So im like okay doc ill just file a law suit on you he was like "okay". So he doesnt care he is negligent he prescribed me a medication (Journavx with out doing proper research and then he let me leave out with multiple herniated disk and not prescribing me anything. This is Dr. Wade that I am talking about Do not go here and if he tries to offer you Journavx do not take it especially if you take anti psychotics and Benzos this medication is not compatible with those type of medications and the labeling is very unclear So Thank you Dr Wade for almost killing me then on 12/11/2025 when i come in for a follow up you deny me the proper treatment agter almost killing me. Are you serious. Avoid thid facility at all cost frfr"

"The owners are mean spirited, petty, and cheap. They display willful and wanton disregard for their clientele in the realm of even removing disposable paper coverings from their PT tables to save a few dollars at the expense of creating an environment for a hygiene-related outbreak. The owners do what they do at this location, because they can't and wouldn't be allowed to do it anywhere else. But beyond the lack of investment in physical appearance, operational and patient care due diligence and logistics, there is a "diamond in the rough" of caring professionals at this location. The medical and physical therapy staff are mostly helpful, and do treat you with respect and dignity. The wait time can be long for doctor visits, but my medical interactions with Dr. K and PAs are usually very productive and informative, you don't feel rushed, and your questions are always answered. I love that PT visits are always flexible - no appointment needed, and the PT staff are all incredibly diligent, caring, and committed. My 3 stars are for the dedicated employees that show up every day and deliver services under the most trying of work environments under owner/s that lack empathy and basic compassion for human dignity."

"This place is Very ghetto. It's like a clinic. I booked an appointment for an Mri confirmed my appointment. When I came for my appointment they told me I had no appointment. No one called with my results. Called back for an appointment to get my results . I Waited 7 days to get an appointment with the Dr. On the day of my appointment Checked in, Paid my copay, sat in the waiting room for one hour only to be told that I do not have an appointment until 2pm and I need to come back at that time.. lol . Oh yeah The place looks just like the service, Raggedy and dingy"
