"Dr Ali was very personable, educated me on my condition, gave me room to ask questions and explained pros and cons. Finally, I left feeling like I was heard!! GREAT bedside manner however, I didnt have the same experience with the young man who does intake. He spoke really fast, no eye contact, appeared to be in a hurry and annoyed during the exchange. He even passed me my order through the door while I was sitting in the chair. That was disappointing to me, considering the professionalism i experienced with Dr Ali and the ladies at the front desk."

"I visited this orthopedic office for the first time with Dr. Ali and was utterly disappointed. The time I spent with the doctor was approximately five minutes. He asked a few questions which were the same questions I answered when scheduling the appointment and when I checked in with the assistant. Two to three times the doctor positioned my body to see if I was experiencing pain and he recommended physical therapy. That was it. I spent more time completing medical papers versus receiving medical care. It would've taken longer to go to 7-Eleven to purchase a pack of gum versus my doctor's "microwave"appointment. I didn't know what to expect, but I definitely expected more."
