Testimonials

Doranna Tindle

"This is an excellent practice. The physical therapists and assistants are amazing. However, the front desk experience has become absolutely brutal. Unprofessional, uncaring, and untrained. I have never dealt with anything like it. We will continue to see Dr. Keeling, but we will never return to Montgomery Physical Therapy for treatment because the front desk staff are inconsiderate and incompetent."

"I completed PT with Jonathan for a lower back injury. When I started therapy, I was in excruciating pain and I could barely move. Physical therapy was very hard given the nature of my injury, but it was 100% worth it. Jonathan helped me build my core and by the time our sessions were over after three weeks, I had started building my core and I could see the benefits of all the exercises we did. Jonathan challenged me and and pushed me to work my core (I was so scared of reinjury, so I also needed to build up my confidence that my body was not going to fail me).I am so much stronger and my form is so much better. The work was intense but I am forever grateful. I wish I had come to PT when I first got injured. Thanks Jonathan, your professionalism and positive attitude did not go unnoticed. Thank you!!!"

"My experience was excellent. Chavi is very good and knowledgeable and all the treatments were excellent. She keep me on target for all my physical therapy sessions and was able to have me recover with normal use of my hand within the scheduled time. She kept the doctor informed of the progress and shared concerns to ensure proper treatments. Very professional and knows her stuff on physical therapy."

"Katie gave me a plan I can do myself at home, and didn't pressure me to come weekly, though we decided it would benefit me to have some additional in-office follow-up both for manual therapy and to ensure I was doing the home exercises correctly. I appreciated the MedBridge Go app into which she loaded my exercises; it helped keep me accountable to the daily exercise routine. Katie gave me progressively harder exercises, and showed me how to modify them ongoing as my strength and mobility adapt over time."

Stephanie Ventura

"Katie DuFrene is a terrific therapist. She is very skilled and asks lots of questions to ensure the best treatment. She also has some great colleagues. I highly recommend Katie DuFrene."

Patty Ochaita

"Extremely professional and kind. The therapies for my neck were so helpful. The kindness he used with all his patients is amazing. Thank you, Kevin, keep up the good work. Blessings."

"My doctor referred me to Montgomery Orthopedics for PT on my shoulder. I completed three full weeks of PT with the therapist, Scott. From my first session, I never was made to feel completely comfortable. The staff was professional but, never friendly. I was bothered that Scott never completed one session with me, I was always sent to work with his assistants. Even when working with them, they would show me the exercise and then walk away. Never confirming if I was doing the exercise correctly or not. Yet I noticed while I was working with the assistant Scott was giving his full attention to other patients that came in after me. I also noticed that Scott would manually massage the troubled areas as well as use the e-stem machine for electric stimulation with the other patients. I was always given a heating pad or ice pack. It wasn't until the 3rd week that a therapist physically touched my shoulder for the first time. And that was because once again I was working with a different therapist, Sasha. During that particular session I explained the severe and unusual pain I had been for the past 2 days. Maybe unlike Scott, she felt some compassion. When the session was over Scott came over and spoke with me about the pain. As I was explaining to him what I felt, he was more concerned about what was going on in the office and his next patient walking through the door by turning his head and looking behind him while I was talking. It was made clear that he had no interest in what I had to say. Throughout the entire 3 weeks I was never given any at home exercises. What a complete disappointment this entire experience was. Which is why I decided it was best to take my busted shoulder elsewhere. Somewhere that the therapist cares about my well-being. I would NOT refer this office to anyone unless you're of the like of the type they prefer to service."

"Chavi is patient and kind. She immediately acknowledged and began working with my need for arm therapy as well as the necessary psychological connection required to heal. She's presented creative solutions to the complex issues of restoring mobility to my hand. I am very grateful."
