"Total waste of time. I am a mail carrier and just because I wasn't in pain, on the day, of my visit(I was on a week's vacation), I was told to call if I needed an injection. Called 2 months later, when I needed an injection, and was asked, by the female on the phone, what kind of injection I needed. I told her to look on the screen and she stated that the dr. had not put anything about an injection. Also, they don't make appts. after 4 pm. Some people have jobs. If they don't want to work, Northwestern should shut this wasted facility down."

"Horrible place don't go here. CNP Steven Stakenas was rude, neglecting, and just seemed like he didn't care. The staff communication is terrible. I was in a lot of pain when I went for a visit, waste of time. I provided all the info over the phone and online before the visit to make things faster. When I got there they had nothing on file. They had to get all my info again. Don't waste your time coming here."
