Testimonials

Kathleen Simon

"The staff and especially the nurses are very personable and caring. Dr Divan cancelled a clinic day to accommodate myself and some other patients that needed injections."

"So far my experience with the chiropractic office and the doctor I am seeing has been great. Very informative and knowledgeable. Good to have a doctor who spends time with you vs some of these chain places that take your money and you literally go in and out. For the people who decide to rate places badly, how about you actually write WHY you are rating it badly? Because it looks like you just do it just because you want to."

Courtney Mae

"Switched my dad's medication without bothering to talk to us about the side effects of the new drug"

Janet Whisnant

"Total waste of time. I am a mail carrier and just because I wasn't in pain, on the day, of my visit(I was on a week's vacation), I was told to call if I needed an injection. Called 2 months later, when I needed an injection, and was asked, by the female on the phone, what kind of injection I needed. I told her to look on the screen and she stated that the dr. had not put anything about an injection. Also, they don't make appts. after 4 pm. Some people have jobs. If they don't want to work, Northwestern should shut this wasted facility down."

"After 20 years of sciatica relief after spinal surgery, my constant pain came back. Dr. Ammar Divan examined my records and uodated MRI, followed by a thorough conversation about my history and need of pain relief. I was given a flawless and successful epidural, experiencing only mild, brief and well-tolerated discomfort. That night, I was beyond grateful for complete pain relief and a tare, good night's sleep. I have had 4 months of relief now and was reassured that I could return for another injection as needed and after consultation. Dr. Divan was totally professional knowledgeable and kind. I felt comfortable describing my situation with him and will not hesitate to return. My injection was followed ny a prescription for PT with a gifted therapist at this same Center, Aleksander "Alex" Kerzee-Stamatelopoulos. His experience and work is focused on this specialty. Alexis the best and most effective therapist I have worked with. I have successfully avoided spinal surgery and will return to Dr. Divan and Alex if I need future consultation and/or pain relief. I cannot more highly recommend this excellent team!"

Alek Winski

"Horrible place don't go here. CNP Steven Stakenas was rude, neglecting, and just seemed like he didn't care. The staff communication is terrible. I was in a lot of pain when I went for a visit, waste of time. I provided all the info over the phone and online before the visit to make things faster. When I got there they had nothing on file. They had to get all my info again. Don't waste your time coming here."

Gail Sienkiewicz

"Can't get anybody to answer the phone over and over again"

Darrin T
