" 1 Star Review Extremely Unprofessional and Disorganized Office I had a terrible experience with this office and strongly advise others to look elsewhere. I was referred to this doctor after an ER visit four weeks ago and scheduled an appointment. The day before my visit, I received a call saying my appointment had been booked incorrectly -- it was on a day the doctor performs surgeries. I asked to be rescheduled within the week, but they told me nothing was available for another four weeks. Later, they called back to say they could fit me in on Friday at 2 PM. I rearranged my work schedule as a teacher, got approval from my principal to leave early, and arranged for a substitute. The very next day, they called again and said the doctor would be in surgery at 3 PM, and I'd have to come at 9 AM instead. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable. If the staff cannot even manage a basic scheduling system, it raises serious concerns about the professionalism of the entire practice. My message to the doctor: run a tighter ship and hire competent, professional staff. The office is a direct reflection of your practice and reputation. As a professional educator, I plan carefully to avoid disrupting my students. I shouldn't have to repeatedly rearrange my schedule because of poor management. There are plenty of well-run specialists in NYC -- save yourself the frustration and choose a different office."

"They don't care about you. I set up an appointment for my sick dad and confirmed everything and asked for them to send the info over for a referral, they said they're doing it right now. I called the other place to confirm info was sent over and nothing. Tried to contact them two days in a row, and they kept hanging up on me. Never sent anything over. Does not care about sick people that need help. Idk why they're still open."
