"Overall I would give the practice in GB a 3.5- The staff and office manager are friendly if you can even get to them from their terrible phone system! As for the Dr. - they used to have a great Dr. now- AWFUL! She has zero communication skills, does not return messages, she has terrible mannerisms, doesn't listen or read charts, is careless with medical history and can't be trusted as a good provider. She needs to remember why people go to pain mgt and are suffering constantly! She makes it impossible to get decent care, so stick with the NPs, don't waste your time or money dealing with her!"

"Terrible Bed side manner. The front office screwed up appt and insurance authorization and she was being rude to the patient. The whole culture of the National spine and pain center @ Glen Burnie seems to be to make as much money as possible of the patient without an ounce of compassion for patients and never apologize for any mistakes or mix-ups."

"We LOVED Dr Nargund! My boyfriend had horrible lower neck, lower back and leg pain and numbness. She was kind, patient, funny, and, after several sessions of having his nerve endings burned, he was living practically pain free!!! She is AMAZING - a true healer. Most everyone at this facility was helpful and courteous. I encountered a few nasty people, but not so much that I let it reflect on the positives that this place brought to our lives! If you are having back, neck, or leg pain - go see Dr Nargund!"

"I went into her office as an new patient. I had all the proper documents describing why I was experiencing pain and she couldn't have been anymore off. I was thinking to myself that there is no way this is who I'm supposed to be seeing because this is not a doctor or at least not a bright doctor seeing how she was reading me off someone else's private information including their social security number!! (For God only knows what reason!!) Every time I tried to cut her off and tell her that wasn't me she continued to provide me their personal information. So much for her patients privacy!! She couldn't tell I wasn't an 70 year old patient??!! (I'm 33 by the way) so right then is when I decided I wanted to go with a practice where they won't have difficulty reading someone's chart so badly or give out her other patients personal information. Unless you want to just give anyone go ANYWHERE else!!"

"Dr Nargund, Jessica and the complete team continues to demonstrates excellent care, fully assists and understands patients with chronic conditions. I have been seeing the team for past two years and can only give this group of folks the highest rating of excellence!"

"I never seen this Dr. but seen Dr. Daly then under Travis Baird monthly care for 3 years and this place is the worst they make mistakes then discharge u on there mistakes and treat u like some street trash I will be reporting them for there uncaring medical negligence. I have never felt such disrespect and straight ignorance from anyone especially a Dr. office."
