"I gave a 5 star rating due to the ease of scheduling appointments, staff flexibility when changes needed to be made to the schedule, the knowledge of the PT and PTA's , the rapport between the staff, the concern for the client, but most of all, for the progress I made under their care and direction. Stephanie worked with me most of the time, and she is a wealth of knowledge and funny to boot! She listened to my concerns and advised within her scope of practice. If I thought I needed to slow down or advance with a certain exercise, she listened. I also had the pleasure of working with Phil. He is the manager and he handled the challenging tasks of managing the clinic, while treating patients, and assisting his coworkers, All of the staff, Crystal, Taylor and Makayla were awesome. There were other staff too, who serviced their clients with professionalism and empathy; however, I never worked with them directly. This is my 1st experience with them, as I have always utilized a competitor for all my PT needs (which have been many), but I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Athletico in Flossmoor for any and all PT needs!"
