"I'm incredibly disappointed with the customer service experience at Revolutionary Wellness. I completed an application a week and a half ago and was immediately asked to schedule a consultation. No one called. When I followed up, I was told there had been a scheduling conflict. I understood and rescheduled. On the day of my consultation, I once again did not receive a call from the practice owner as promised. I called the office - no answer - and sent a follow-up email. This lack of organization and communication has been very disappointing and does not give me confidence that they will follow through with service or care."
