"I started seeing Alma after an ankle injury and have just completed my second session. From the start, she has been thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Alma takes the time to do a comprehensive evaluation, clearly explains the purpose behind each exercise, and tailors the treatment plan to my specific needs. Her approach feels intentional, evidence-based, and reassuring, and I already feel confident that I'm in excellent hands as I continue treatment. I also want to recognize the front desk staff for being consistently professional, friendly, and helpful. In particular, Yasmina, the Care Coordination Team Lead, has been wonderful--responsive, organized, and supportive throughout scheduling, onboarding and preparation for an upcoming change in insurance plans that I'm expecting. The clinic was a bit busy during my second visit, and I briefly worked with two other physical therapists before Alma took over; both interactions were pleasant and professional, which really speaks to the overall quality of the team. Highly recommend this practice."
