Pivot PT - Springfield, an Athletico company

"This Springfield location of Pivot PT/Athelico is a gem! Everyone who works here is knowledgeable and kind, from the front desk to the therapists whose goal is to help you get better. My questions were always answered. The therapists work well together and usually you will see more than one therapist over the course of your time here (except for some certain courses of care, such as pelvic floor currently). I never felt a lapse in care when I saw a therapist I previously had not seen. I definitely recommend this location!"

"Takeaway: I had an amazing experience at Pivot. I came in with an array of problems with my lower back from a work accident. The young ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful with on boarding and coordination of scheduling. Laura and Angela were the therapists I worked with the most frequently with the help of Trey, who was an awesome assistant. They were all Instrumental in helping me understand what was going on and targeted specific stretches and exercises to keep me as limber as possible. Unfortunately, the injury will need surgery, but I will be back at Pivot for my physical therapy. Way to go"

"Joanne and Maggie were the best PT and PTA that I have ever worked with. They met me where I was at when I was going through a horrible flare up with my chronic pain from an old injury and they gave me exercises and stretches that helped me progress through the pain and flare up. They were there with me on the good days and the bad days and the frustrating days. Aside from being so knowledgeable and creative, they were beyond supportive. There was much laughter and smiles from them and interesting stories swapped at each session. I'm beyond grateful I got the chance to meet and work with these wonderful women. Also, the front desk staff was run by INCREDIBLE women who were very kind, professional, and helpful in getting me the appointments I needed and working with my at times chaotic schedule. Thank you ladies! This clinic is wonderful. It's clean and well kept and the tables are wiped off after every client walks through. I couldn't recommend a better physical therapy clinic."

"I cannot begin to express my sincere appreciation for the staff at Pivot PT located in Springfield Plaza. The minute you walk in the door you are greeted by the two nicest receptionists I have ever encountered. They have the best personalities and smiles. Every single time!!!!! The therapists are professional and the atmosphere of the place is just welcoming. I was first going to the Alexandria location (since I literally live around the corner) but loved the vibe in Springfield. Kristin is the best PT I could have asked for. "I was referred to Pivot from my physician for chronic neck pain that was beginning to affect my livelihood. I was hesitant to begin therapy during a pandemic, but because of my pain and limited range of motion, I had no choice. All of my fears were alleviated during my first visit. The facility is clean, equipment and tables are cleaned in between use, staff wears masks, and appointments were staggered so only a few clients were in the building at one time. My physical therapist, Kirsten, was superb. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly. I always felt supported while in her care. And I am happy to report that after a few sessions my neck pain went away and my mobility significantly increased. I would also like to give a shout out to the ladies at the front desk. They were always polite, professional, and friendly. All of my interactions with the staff at this location was great!"
