"I waited 2 months for an appointment, trekked out in the snow with a cast on my foot, only for them to tell me the appointment was cancelled. I asked who cancelled it, because I didn't, and they couldn't/wouldn't tell me. Absolutely no compassion from them as I tried to figure out what happened. Complete refusal to explain themselves as to why they cancelled my appointment without my knowledge and didn't even email or call to tell me. They told me it was cancelled in November, but I have called multiple times this month (January) and expressed my intent to be at this appointment, and not once did they tell me they had already cancelled it. Despite it all, the office receptionist and doctors were lovely."
