"Dr. Seldis is a wonderful surgeon who I wholeheartedly trust and would recommend. 5 stars. The wait time to see him gets 1 star. I don't understand how patients are being booked and why the wait times are hours long. I work in healthcare too and everyone's time has to be valued and respected. His administrative staff needs retraining. 1 star. They have an attitude of, "I don't know, that's not my job." One young lady in particular is clearly angry if you ask her how long the wait time is or how many patients are ahead of you. I just don't understand why she is in a customer service based role, it's clearly not the job for her. I have a baby waiting for me at home, maybe knowing when i can expect to leave is an important thing for me. She needs to place herself in someone else's shoes and maybe take some ownership of her overall job. Maybe health care is not for her. This has been my very honest, personal experience during my multiple interactions at Dr. Seldis's office."
