ATI Physical Therapy

"I recently completely physical therapy at the ATI in Elk Grove Village on Meacham. I was originally diagnosed with a shoulder impingement, but thanks to the advice of the therapists at ATI, I had an MRI and it turned out to be a large inoperable (due to age) tear to my rotator cuff. I went from being unable to lift a comb to my hair or put on my coat, to having 100% normal range of motion. My strength has improved greatly, and I'll continue to work to improve that further. While there, I always felt a very strong sense of care and concern for all the patients. I saw the employees, (PTs, assistants and students) listen to their patients and consult with one another to determine what might be best for the patient. There was absolute genuine care and concern about every patient who walked through the door. I've been to PT many times over the years, but I never experienced quite the degree of complete compassion, care and concern, in addition to great skills and knowledge that this team showed. I hope to never have to go back again, but if I do have to, I know I'll be better in no time. I'd like to make mention of a few names, but honestly, everyone there was wonderful."

"After surgery on my foot, I went for therapy to build strength in my ankle, hips, and butt so that I wouldn't favor my other foot and cause problems. What a great decision I made to go to ATI in Elk Grove Village, IL. During my first appointment, I was assessed to determine what needed to be done, and at each appointment, an exercise/stretch/activity was added to move towards a positive outcome. Additionally, they therapists work like together like a hot knife through butter. If my primary therapist was helping another client, someone else was aware that I was finishing my exercise/activity and came right over to keep me moving. At no point was I ever left waiting to find out what to do next. If you ever need physical therapy, this is the THE place to go."
