Testimonials
"After an ER visit back in November of 2024 I was referred to Dr. Conway and when I say she is exceptional and good at what she does she is beyond measure. She treats others the way she wants to be treated, she shows compassion, empathy, integrity, and she never forgets that you are a human being. You can't be taught these attributes she just shows them naturally and much more. I'm truly blessed to have a doctor of such high caliber to be part of my life. Thank you, Dr. Conway"
"Do not trust Dr. Philip Mcclure. No communication, no coordination and no empathy and no skill and experience with the people with disabilities, prosthesis and amputation. He just does what is written on the paper. He treats the patients like the test objects. He doesn't care why a patient wants to go under a surgery. We are having a tough time and lost too much after he did my daughter's surgery. He just wasted my daughter's life. We are seeing other doctors to fixs his failure and help my daughter to be able to walk again."
"I regret that I trust them and let them make my child more disabled and go under more and more surgeries. They are not coordinated. They don't care about your children. They just do the first surgery to make you go for the next and next surgery. They did an amputation to my child's leg and it cost a life time for my family. They just want to try thier theories on your kids. Please don't trust them. Otherwise your child has to go under more and more surgeries as thier testing objects. If ther was an under zero star rate I would chose that for thier poor coordination and lack of care."
"My initial experiences were a bit difficult. It was very difficult to reach them reliably over the phone. They're a walk in clinic- so service is a bit rushed. But I managed to find some really great people working there. Dr Gartner is very nice and patient in terms of issues with anxiety. Crystal, April, and Tara were all so helpful with my frequent rescheduling and often frantic visits. I originally would not have recommended here- but the kind people I met made the experience so much more enjoyable. And my healing process went great. Talk to the right people if you're having a hard time here. Someone will listen!"
"Trying to get answers after your follow up is impossible. Do not go here. Dr. Erica Gaertner will just ignore your messages and calls."
"I was at the Owings Mills location which was against my better judgement! I needed an appointment immediately. Waited over an hour for appointment that was scheduled for 10am was asked to arrive at 9:45. Did online check in and still had to wait. Didn't get advised of the doctor running behind until I asked when will I be seen. This place is horrible. I will never come here again I usually go to Westminster always seen on time no issues at all. They don't deserve the one star but you can't leave a comment without at least one star"
"Best orthopedic surgeon / best bedside. Dr Conway is like no other. I describe her to my wife as "a brilliant little sweetheart". She speaks to you like a real person in plain language but the work she does is cutting-edge. She is the epitome of humility and she can relate to anyone despite being brilliant and beyond competent. Oh and she cares too...she gives you her personal cell number and responds all hours of the day on vacation or not. She is truly unlike any other."
"I had surgery on my foot over a year ago in Fort Wayne In. I ended up getting osteomyelitis, a bone infection, in that foot. After numerous surgeries to remove the infection the surgeons wanted to amputate my foot and part of my leg. We went to Cleveland clinic and got the same diagnosis. Only by the grace of God we found Dr. Janet Conway. We found that one of her specialties was saving limbs. We decided to make the 10 hour drive to meet with Dr Conway. I did not want to have another surgery on my foot. This would be the 8th surgery on my foot. Ended up having surgery to remove the infection. She takes every case personal. She gives her patients her cell number to text her day or night with any issues. I am still recovering from that surgery. If I could rate Dr Conway higher that 5start I would..."
