"Great location once you can get through the difficulty of booking an appointment. I called to book 2 hour massages for me and a friend for a girls relaxation day only to find out they did not have anyone to do 2 hr Thai massages. We were told that the therapist would have to switch out after an hour or be a male. My friend requested the male but when we arrived did not receive a male. Overall we still enjoyed the services received but highly recommend that 2hr Thai massages not be offered if you don't have regular staff to perform the services. Having the therapist switch out halfway does not provide a fluid experience."

"I've been going here for years and the masseuses have been hit or miss, but decent enough. The membership is a good deal and the space is always clean and smells good - relaxing. However I went recently for a couples massage and unfortunately got Mary. I had her once years ago and am shocked she still works there. If deep tissue massage is what you're looking for, be sure to request that you NOT get Mary. Despite multiple requests for more pressure, her massage is nothing more than a light touch. Highly disappointed this past visit - a waste of my time just to have someone gently rub oil on me."

"Sainaa is amazing for facials and a really kind person. I always look forward to my treatments with her. amber is also amazing for origin or traditional Thai massage. She's very strong and also very nice. I love everyone here!"

"After trying out this spa and having a good experience, I decided to become a monthly member. It is pretty easy to get appointments when I want. The therapists are good to excellent (you can request who you want once you know) and spend the full time actually performing the massage - no wasted time. If you are the kind of person who gets a massage 1/month or more, you should look into the memberships, which are flexible and affordable."

"I am really disappointed in this place. I was a long time customer. I had been going here for many years for massages by Ma Mary. Sad to say that I will no longer return due to their ridiculous cancellation protocol/fees. I woke up this morning sick with a fever, chills and a positive Covid test. I called the spa to let them know and apologized for the late notice and the woman I spoke to said she'd normally charge the full massage fee for such short notice but said she'd charge me only half since I'm sick. So, $70 I was charged for doing the right thing and cancelling so as to not get others sick. Very disappointing. There should be exceptions to their cancellation policy. I will find a new spa now."

"I've been looking for a new massage place since moving to VA from CA. This is the 2nd spa I've tried in Arlington. I booked a 1.5 hour deep tissue massage. The massage itself was average. The masseuse had light pressure. I asked her to increase it, & she did to a light-medium, but I could've gone for much firmer pressure. I've had many deep tissue massages. I exercise regularly so I need the firm pressure which gives you that kind of "good hurt" because the masseuse is working out knots & tightness. For 1.5 hour deep tissue, the price is $179 not including tip. So it's on the pricier end, which I don't mind paying if I get the deep tissue massage I'm expecting but I did not. Guess I'll keep looking for a better massage spa. Pros: - good customer service from front desk - relaxing reception area - very clean restroom, massage room, sitting area - short walking distance from metro station Cons: - not firm enough pressure for a deep tissue massage - can easily hear voices from hallway & next room, which disrupts the zen experience of massage - wish the massage table had a heated pad or blanket underneath because at times I felt a little chilly"

"Really relaxing! Came in for a one hour couple massage, after being welcomed and checked in we were given hot tea then offered into a room with peaceful spa music. We enjoyed a full hour full body massage. I had Jack, he was amazing, his technique was great and welcomed feedback for what felt good and not. Overall great experience, very professional and would go again."

"Came here for the first time yesterday for one of their Thai massages. It was the first time I've ever done this particular one, usually I opt for the deep tissue, but after reading the description, I thought I'd give it a try. I was definitely pleased with my decision, it was similar to a deep tissue when it came to working out the kinks in my muscles, but it included the stretching that i needed. My masseuse addressed all of the issues perfectly that I described to her what was going on with me. She focused on my problem areas and I felt great after I left. My overall experience from the friendly front desk staff to the actual massage was great! I would definitely recommend and be back."
