"Our experience at the Spine and Health Center of Park Ridge has been incredible, and I truly cannot say enough about Dr. James. Several years ago, my daughter was diagnosed with scoliosis. We were told it was not severe and that nothing needed to be done. A few years later her curve worsened, she was experiencing a lot of discomfort. The doctor recommended surgery. We wanted to do everything possible to avoid that, so after a lot of research we learned about the Schroth Method and were so grateful to find Dr. James. Even though the office is about a 40-minute drive for us and we were nervous about committing to frequent visits, from the moment we walked in we felt completely at ease.
