Dr. Arash Sarabi

"On 8/14/24, I had an appointment for nerve shock treatment with Dr. Sarabi and surprisingly I had the most pleasant medical experience. My nerves were all over the place and my fear of needles is out of this world. I was acknowledged upon entering his office and promptly checked in. I am big on customer service and his staff delivered top-notch! The Office Manager, Melissa, was so welcoming, and pleasant, and greeted me with a smile. Melissa provided comforting words to help put me at ease in preparation for my treatment. Then came Dr. Sarabi himself to retrieve me from the waiting area. Right from the start he greeted me with a smile and a joke. THANK YOU! Throughout the entire procedure, Dr. Sarabi conversed with me, shared stories and interesting facts, told jokes and took the time to learn a little about me to provide the most comfortable experience possible. I cannot thank him enough! Dr. Sarabi also was so abreast of the situation he was able to gauge my shift in sentiment and pivot when needed. Melissa also stepped in to calm my nerves when I became excited during the needle part of the treatment. I was in tears. Dr. Sarabi and his staff handled me with white glove service and I appreciate the care and attention I received during my visit. I cannot thank them enough! I will have to repeat the treatment and I am at ease knowing that I am in the hands of knowledgable, caring, kind, and skillful individuals who genuinely care about my holistic wellbeing. To add icing to the cake, Melissa called me the following morning to check on me and how I was feeling. That's genuine care and concern. Thank you Dr. Sarabi for who you are and all that you do.
