"The extra star is for front desk staff--they were helpful in checking my insurance benefits. That said, I was disappointed with care I received. The physical therapist didn't seem equipped to be able to offer manual care for my injury, and gave me exercises that I told her I've already been doing every day at home. If you have to pay for physical therapy and are looking to receive involved care from your PT, I'd look elsewhere."
