"It's very important to select someone that will represent your business well. The assistant at this location is always unhappy and it shows in the way she greets the patients. As an administrator, you are the first person someone will come in contact with. So, you are to be cheerful and welcoming. At this location you get the total opposite. I would never recommend anyone here. It's very disappointing."

"I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this place. A year and a half of completing my course of treatment, I received bills forwarded from a third-party insurance company. They claim that I owe a balance that I was never billed 1.5 years later. Not only that, my insurance carrier was fraudulently billed services that I did not receive. They are currently being investigated by the special investigations unit of my insurance company and by the Department of Maryland Physical Therapist. B.I.C and Aaron; the office manger who refuses to give his full name will violate all code of ethics, proper billing practices, and additionally try to bill after your insurance has already satisfied payment for treatment. Only come here if you want a headache and to deal with a bunch of crooks. Beware!!!!!"
