"Ascent has a super kind team. I worked with Andrew to recover from a tendinopathy in my adductor, post my last 70.3 in December 2024. Andrew is a super knowledgeable PT and endurance athlete. He helped me with strength exercises, manual work, and even a bike fit to better meet my body where it was. Fast forward 6 months, and he helped me prepare for my first marathon in November 2025, which I finished without much pain and in a runner's high.
